1. What membership options do you offer?

We offer three main types of memberships:

  • All-Access Membership (Includes all classes + personal training)

  • Personal Training Only Membership (Includes personalized plans, demo videos, 1-on-1 support, and guided nutrition)

  • Class-Only Membership (Choose from Dance Fit, Move & Stretch, Heels Class, or a combination)

2. How do I sign up for a membership?

You can sign up through our website by selecting the membership option that best suits your needs and completing the payment process.

3. What happens after I sign up?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive access to your chosen classes and/or personal training plan. If you're in the Personal Training program, we will reach out to discuss your goals and create a personalised plan.

4. Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel at any time with one month’s notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account settings.

5. Do you offer refunds?

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of purchasing, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Otherwise, refunds are not issued for partial or unused portions of the membership period, unless in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

6. Can I switch between memberships?

Yes! If you want to upgrade or downgrade your membership, you can do so by contacting us or adjusting your subscription through your account.

7. What do I need for online classes?

You’ll need a stable internet connection, a safe space to move, and any recommended fitness gear (e.g., yoga mat for Move & Stretch). For the Heels Class, we recommend wearing comfortable heels designed for dance.

8. How often do new Body Burn videos get added?

We release four new Body Burn videos regularly to keep your workouts fresh and challenging.

9. What support is available with Personal Training?

The Personal Training membership includes personalised plans, demo videos, 1-on-1 coaching, and guided nutrition advice to help you reach your fitness goals.

10. Can I take part if I have an injury or health condition?

We recommend consulting your doctor before participating in any physical activities. You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit to take part, and modifications can be suggested where possible.

11. Can I access the classes at any time?

Live classes run on a set schedule, but some sessions may be available for on-demand viewing. Please check your membership details for more information.

12. Do you offer a free trial?

We may offer a first class free or a short trial period for new members. Check our website or contact us for current offers.

13. What type of heels are suitable?

Heels that you are comfortable and fierce to dance in. The best option besides a dancing heel is a block heeled boot where it supports your foot. This can be lace up, zip or slip on.

14. Does this class suit me?

5 - 10 minute body burns will be catered for all levels.

Dance Fit - Suitable for all abilities as each move can be progressed or regressed. Its about moving your body to the music, learning some new moves to make you feel good and get that blood flowing.

Move and Stretch - Available for all level who are wanting to have a full mobility programme which focuses on joint stability, core and overall body flow.

Empower Heels - A sexy routine created to make you feel yourself and enjoy the power dance can make you feel. You can learn different stylized routines that you can film, use again and work on to help improve your dancing in heels.

A safe space to feel sexy and dance without the outside pressures or judgement.

15. What should I wear?

Comfortable fitness style clothing, either leggings, shorts or joggers with trainers.
